The Horizon Europe Trainings in Baku kick off with an NCP Training on 25 September. National Contact Points are invited to a hands on training in which they will learn about NCP core responsibilities, and how to strategically promote the European Framework Programme to researchers and their institutions. The training will also introduce specific promotion activities and how to implement them.
The Proposal Writing Camp and Expert Consultations both aim at supporting researchers in their preparations for Horizon Europe proposals.
The 2-day Proposal Writing Camp focuses on researchers and innovators aiming to apply to forthcoming Horizon Europe (HE) calls, and will train them in writing high-quality competitive HE proposals, facilitating their integration in EU research and innovation network.
The individual Expert Consultations provide customised support to researchers and innovators who are finalising concrete proposals for submission.
The trainings and consultations are hosted by the European Commission and will take place physically in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Horizon Europe (HE) is the EU’s key funding programme for research and innovation with a budget of €95.5 billion.
The programme facilitates excellent science, collaborative research and innovation in efforts to develop and implement EU policies while tackling global challenges and fostering the tech-driven green and digital transitions.
Horizon Europe creates jobs, fully engages the available talent pool, boosts economic growth, promotes industrial competitiveness and optimises investment impact for a stronger European Research Area and the New European Innovation Agenda.
